無料専門家相談デーのお知らせ
（JAGP会員のみ無料のサービスです）
無料専門家相談デーは日本人会会員のみのサービスです。今回は特別に補習校ご父兄の方々にも無料にさせていただきました。このようなイベントをこれからもサポートしていただく為に、是非とも日本人会に入会していただきますようお願い申し上げます。（本日会員お申し込みをしていただくと会費が１０％の割引になります）
３月１４日（土）1０時から２時半時まで、フィラデルフィア補習校にて、一日領事館と平行して無料専門家相談デーを開催致します。この相談デーでは、領事と数名の弁護士（通訳付き）を迎え、国籍に関する事柄や、各々の弁護士より各種法律に関する説明また、個人相談も受けられます。アメリカでのビザ等に関する事柄、子供の予防接種、歯科矯正に関する事柄、また雇用関する事柄のセミナーを企画しています。日頃疑問に思っていることや、改善したいと思っていること等を直接質問する絶好の機会です。事前に質問等のリクエストを事務局までご連絡ください。全ての質問に対して対応は難しいですが、なるべく皆さんのリクエストのお答えするべく準備いたします。詳しいセミナースケジュールは下記の通りです。（スケジュールは予期なく変更する場合がありますのでご了承ください）
プログラムの内容
• １０時から１０時半 「国籍選択は、重国籍者の大切な義務です。」重国籍についての説明および、日本国籍の選択と離脱、外国国籍の選択と離脱など詳しい説明を、ニューヨーク総領事館鈴木領事にお話していただきます。

・Route30（Lancaster Ave.）からLankenau病院へ入場する交差点は、Route1（City Line Ave.）から西進して左折する場合、左折専用レーンではなく、また対向車線の右折可専用信号がこちらが赤信号になった後より長いため左折時は十分ご注意願います。

JAGP Professional Free Consultation Day
JAGP MEMBERS Free! – Professional Free Consultation Day is designed to
serve the members of JAGP. It is free to attend today, however, it
will be charged to non-members in the future, so be our member TODAY!
JAGP's Second Professional Free Consultation Day will be held on Sat. March 14th at JLSP.
Our Help Line attorneys and other legal and medical experts will
present a short seminar under several different themes along with
individual Q & A sessions. The themes are U.S. immigration,
Pediatric Medicine and Dentistry, Employment and Discrimination and
others. This is a great opportunity to ask questions that you are
interested and that you might be facing currently.
Program Schedule
1) 10:00 – 10:30am Speaker – Takashi Suzuki, Consulate General of Japan in New York
“Important Aspects of Japanese Citizenship and Naturalization.”

2) 11:15 - 11:45am Speaker – Dr. Takeshi Tsuda, MD, FAAP, FACC(JAGP Advisory Member & JAGP Help Line)
“What we need to know about immunization: the best way to protect infections from young children”
Dr. Tsuda graduated from Shinshu University School of Medicine in 1984
and came to the United States in 1989 for advanced pediatric training.
Dr. Tsuda was trained at the Children's Hosptial of Philadelphia for
both General Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology and he is currently
board-certified for both specialties. Currently Dr. Tsuda is a Staff
Cardiologist at Alfred I. duPont Hosptial for Children in Wilmington,
DE, and serves as an Associate Professor of Pediatrics, Thomas
Jefferson University, Jefferson Medical College.

Dr. Kaneko graduated from Osaka University Graduate School of Dentistry
(Ph.D.), Certificate at University of Pennsylvania (International
Visiting Scholar Program).Currently he works as Assistant Director of
International Implant Program of University of Pennsylvania.

Employment Law – Important Fact to learn about “Pennsylvania is an
Employment At Will State”; Mr. McNabb will also discuss employment
contracts, discrimination in the workplace and other topics related to
labor and employment.
Mr. McNabb served for 10 years on active duty as a Judge Advocate in
the United States Marine Corps before retiring from the Marine Corps
Reserve as a Lieutenant Colonel. He began his career as a civil
litigator in 1991 and has focused his practice on transportation,
construction litigation and premises liability. He is a graduate of the
National Institute for Trial Advocacy.Mr. McNabb is admitted to
practice in the State and Federal District Courts of Pennsylvania and
New Jersey and before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
